Port forwarding to a client behind a pfsense router

Hello, i have the same problem as this thread except i'm on a pfsense box. Airvpn works perfectly but i can't get any portforwarding working on my clients behind pfsense. Any thoughts on how i could solve this?

It should work on pfsense as well when you adapt the rules to pf.
