Authentic/Decrypt Packet Error

I opened my Console log on OS X and there are tons of lines of text that read:

1/13/13 2:53:34.663 PM openvpn[5155]: Authenticate/Decrypt packet error: bad packet ID (may be a replay): [ #2249445 ] -- see the man page entry for --no-replay and --replay-window for more info or silence this warning with --mute-replay-warnings

What does this mean?

Is this something to be concerned about?

Yeah

I got like 1 Million of those yesterday all about the same time (in a 10 Min. window) which caused some connection problems. Was connected to germany, time was around 19:00. After that is was alright again. Really strange, but that's probably how the internet works.
