UDP & TCP

Hi! I’m looking for a vpn that I can have a static/dedicated ip with port forwarding, I need both TCP and UDP ports open simultaneously. I had tried PureVPN but they only allow either TCP or UDP at a time rather than simultaneously. Does AirVPN allow both protocols at the same time? And if so how?
