when i trying to connect to the air server i have an error this is the all message : -

AUTH: Received AUTH_FAILED control message

plz help what can i do ??

Probably you need to activate your account. In order to do that, go to "Member"-->"Payment plans" and either insert your coupon code or perform the payment for the plan you wish.
