With a newfound need for a VPN, I have decided to reactivate my subscription with Bitcoin. I have exchanged the coupon for one month of subscription, and now it says my last subscription expired "0 days ago". I have no premium access and cannot login to the server.

Apparently the code was used on the wrong plan and the system did not re-activate your account. We have set the correct expiration date for your account, please feel free to let us know at your convenience if the issue is solved now.
