ANSWERED Is there any way to increase the limit on simultaneous connections?

Recommended Posts

How can I increase the limit on connections from a single device?

Is it possible to make a limit of 30-50 connections from one device?

The limit is five concurrent sessions on AirVPN, so you'd only be able to connect five times.

Hello!

Yes, it is possible in integer multiples of 5 connection slots per user. Please open a ticket or write to support@airvpn.org and our sales department will make you an offer according to your request.

Kind regards

Hello!

Your original message passed moderation after a few hours, but maybe you talk about your ticket you sent last Friday. It was answered by the sales department on Saturday, about 12 hours later, maybe you missed the answer. Not a big deal: you can consult it in your AirVPN account "Client Area" anytime.

Kind regards

After your main reply I wrote another question, it was sent for moderation
But then it simply disappeared and nothing was said about it

So I'll ask it again.

My goal: To connect simultaneous connections from one PC device. This can be as few as 10 connections or as many as 30-40.

When I bought the subscription, I tested your service and it suited me fine. But a question about the limits. In the ticket I was told that to get the expansion of slots - you need to buy an annual subscription, which I do not need at the moment.

I want to test your service for stability for 1-2 months, and then make a final verdict on the purchase of an annual subscription.

When I bought a 3 day subscription, I was able to connect to 10 configurations at the same time, which is quite excellent. But I would like to know more specifics about the configurations themselves. What ip pool is available on 1 server configuration. I don't need to know the exact number, I just need to know if there are 1 or more ip's.
Does the ip pool change over time?

And also, if I buy a subscription to another account, the second account will have the same ip as the first?
Is it possible to use multi-accounts?
And if I buy a subscription for a second account, can I use the first and second account for simultaneous connections?

For example - 5 connections from one account and 5 connections from the other account
Would I have any problems with this?

Simultaneous connections from one PC device is important for me at the moment

Hello!

There's a somehow funny misunderstanding :) You were told that you can purchase additional slots in multiple of 5 (example 10, 15, 20...) per account at the price of the plan you prefer. As a mere example the sales department showed you the prices for a 1 year plan with 10, 15 and 20 connection slots. It was an example.

Each account is on its own and by default each account has 5 connection slots that you can use as you prefer. You may also distribute additional slots on each account, but always on integer multiple of 5 on each account at the moment. Locking the thread now as this is not a troubleshooting issue but a matter for the sales people, if you want to proceed to buy or you need additional clarifications please feel free to continue the conversation with the sales department at your convenience.

Kind regards
