New customer - 'Failed to Start' errors, and repeated returns to Login window

Hi, AirVPN support. I am a brand new customer, and am trying to connect to your servers for the first time.

I have tried to follow the instructions on your airvpn.org/windows page, and the AirVPN and OpenVPN utilities have installed successfully on my Windows 7 L: drive.

When I launch AirVPN and enter my login and password, the 'login' button successfully takes me to the server list. When I choose a premium server and click 'enter', the process does not complete, and I get sent back to the Login window. A 'failed to start' message appears in my Windows taskbar tray.

I am enclosing my logs below. Any guidance you can offer would be appreciated!

Hello!

Apparently the SOCKS proxy OpenVPN is trying to connect to does not answer properly. Can you please make sure that the proxy type set in the Air client (socks or http) matches the type of the proxy you're running and that you have selected a TCP port? Also, can you connect successfully to a VPN server without connecting over your proxy?
