could you suggest me a country in Europe that has not M247 servers?

There are none, I believe; it comes down to individual servers.
Like Mesarthim, DE, which is with Contabo.
Meissa, LV, is with DataClub.
Sheliak, NL, is with Global Layer.

You can check them with IP APIs, like ip-api.com's isp and as properties in the response.

Hello!

In Europe: the Netherlands, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia are countries without any M247 server at all.

On top of that you can also consider a list of all the 10 Gbit/s servers in Europe and build a white list (they are in Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland). None of the 10 Gbit/s servers in Europe is with M247.

Finally, you can find other non-M247 servers in Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Switzerland (but in those countries we also operate M247 server together with various other providers).

Can you tell us why you need to avoid M247 servers (performance problems or anything else) if you wish?

thanks, it's not important, just because a lot of VPN providers are using them
with a VPN that uses them I had an unreliable connection.
and I was wondering if Airvpn owns some servers

There are also IP addresses that are not registered to M247, so nothing on whois, but are routed there (aggregated in main M247 AS number or in a separate AS number that has a single BGP peer - M247 main AS). Bottom line: M247 is large, and so far has proven to be acceptable.
