ANSWERED Constant Reconnect / Checking Route

I'm on latest version 2.21.8. I'm encountering constant reconnection attempts by AirVPN and/or checking route, although connection has been established and internet works.
But once it reconnects internet connection drops.
I've already logged out and in again, closed the app etc which used to help sometimes in the past.
Now when I click CANCEL button, it still hangs on "Checking Route" and never cancels - I have to force quit the app.

Is this a known issue? What are fixes/workarounds?
