Hi,
I just bought a membership and installed the Eddie app, but I can't connect to any servers right now.
Error goes like this :

. 2024.08.27 20:21:03 - OpenVPN > open_tun
. 2024.08.27 20:21:03 - OpenVPN > All wintun adapters on this system are currently in use or disabled.
. 2024.08.27 20:21:03 - OpenVPN > Exiting due to fatal error
! 2024.08.27 20:21:03 - Disconnecting

Full log is attached.
What I tried :
- Installing the TAP driver from OpenVPN manually
- Installing OpenVPN Connect and stopping it to be sure TUN driver is installed
- Checked and installed libraries included with Eddie when applicable
Network cards are detected, and enabled.

Thanks for your help.
Edit : Solved by forcing the wireguard protocol like in the postStill, if someone has an idea to why the OpenVPN protocol doesn't work in my case, it could be great.

Hello!

It's this interface that causes the trouble to OpenVPN:
. 2024.08.27 20:21:03 - Using WinTun network interface "VPN - VPN Client (VPN Client Adapter - VPN)"

With WireGuard the problem does not occur since a new interface is created and destroyed at each session. If you want to keep using OpenVPN through Eddie and you don't want to remove the above adapter you can tell Eddie to use a specific interface for OpenVPN too and ignore any other interface:
  • from Eddie's main window select "Preferences" > "Networking"
  • type eddie in the "VPN Interface Name" field
  • click "Save"

Kind regards
