ANSWERED Stuck on disconnection pending

Hi, having configured AirVPN/Eddie to connect to the internet and integrate qbittorrent, I have had to troubleshoot a couple of issues. One was to renew my device through the client area. I noticed that I had a active connection even after disconnecting from my device when I had a look at connections. I clicked on disconnect now and it is now stuck on that section. I can however use a second connection (because there are 5 available connections for my profile). I am however worried about this, in case it causes issues in the future. I saw one thread where Staff had promised to refund due to all five connection slots being locked due to this error. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello!

You have no active sessions. When a disconnection is not notified by the client (for example accidental disconnection), please allow at least 2 minutes before the system frees the connection slot.
