ANSWERED Cannot connect to any server on eduroam

I recently installed airVPN and Eddie client for Windows11. Everything works well when I use it while connected to my phone Access Point, but when I try to use it while connected to my school wifi (eduroam) it can't connect at all: it tries to connect for about 30 seconds, then times out and tries another (without success either)I

 

I also use Eddie on my Android phone and it works fine, including on my school wifi.

Do you know what is causing this problem? And how to fix it? Thank you

Hello!

Since Eddie Android edition connects through WireGuard protocol by default, while Eddie does it through OpenVPN, try to switch Eddie to WireGuard:

• from Eddie's main window select Preferences > Protocols
• uncheck Automatic
• select the line with WireGuard port 51820. The line will be highlighted
• click Save and test again connections
