Newbie cant connect to a server

Hey Im a real newbie to your vpn services.

Ok my Problem: I installed Tunnelblick, after i choose the servers:

First small problem i dont know which settings i should choose :/ it is kind of hard for me. So i made to packages one udp with port 80 and one tcp with port 80.

I copied the folders, after i unzipped them into the tunnelblick folder. everything worked out fine.

The Real Problem, when im trying to connect to the server it is disconnecting automatically.
