Please help, cannot connect with client, then get message "You are already connected"

I can't understand why I can no longer connect to the AirVPN servers. As of tonight, I can log in with the client, attempt to choose a server, then the client replies with a message "connection failed", and the then takes me back to the login screen. When I try to log in again, I get the message "you are already connected" and I can't log in with the client again. When I go to my settings page, your website says I'm connected to the server I tried to connect to initially, but the banner at the bottom of the page is in red and says "Not connected". Please help me fix this error.

Actually your account IS connected to some server since some hours ago and it is exchanging successfully data.
