ANSWERED Unable to Connect Unknown error code 10065

Hello,

For the past week I have been unable to connect to AirVPN. I am receiving error code 10065, see attached. I have gone into Protocols, disabled Automatic, and I have tried several different ports including WireGuard 4107, and OpenVPN 443. I have also tried to log out and log back in to refresh my certificates.

It's possible that this interface

or its related software is causing some trouble. Can you please test again with that interface completely disabled and Hamachi software not running?

Hello,

I uninstalled Hamachi and I am now able to connect to AirVPN. This issue is resolved. Thank you again for your assistance.
