Unable to changer Server Country

I originally selected Canada as my desired Server country.  Was having issues so I tried to select US as the main server country.  I can go into Eddie and select the US and get it to work but everytime I restart eddie it defaults back to Canada.  I have selected US as the Country Server of choice and deselected put the red 'X' on Canada.  But everytime I restart I am back to Canada.  Can anyone let me know how to make the US my default country?
