jumpin 0 Posted ... All of a sudden today I'm getting a "Sent fatal SSL alert: certificate expired" error in my openvpn log when trying to connect. This is on a freebsd server. I tried installing Eddie on a Windows PC, logged in and was able to connect to the vpn without issue. I then went to the Client area, VPN devices, Manage and clicked Renew. Still continuing to have this issue: Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[38454]: OpenVPN 2.6.10 amd64-portbld-freebsd13.2 [SSL (OpenSSL)] [LZO] [LZ4] [PKCS11] [MH/RECVDA] [AEAD] Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[38454]: library versions: OpenSSL 1.1.1t-freebsd 7 Feb 2023, LZO 2.10 Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: TCP/UDP: Preserving recently used remote address: [AF_INET]192.30.89.66:443 Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: Socket Buffers: R=[4194304->4194304] S=[9216->9216] Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: UDPv4 link local: (not bound) Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: UDPv4 link remote: [AF_INET]192.30.89.66:443 Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: TLS: Initial packet from [AF_INET]192.30.89.66:443, sid=a8a42495 40e81b77 Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.err> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: VERIFY ERROR: depth=1, error=certificate has expired: C=IT, ST=IT, L=Perugia, O=airvpn.org, CN=airvpn.org CA, emailAddress=info@airvpn.org, serial=10148936457887096835 Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: Sent fatal SSL alert: certificate expired Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.err> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: OpenSSL: error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed: Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.err> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.err> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error Apr 9 14:48:11 <daemon.notice> giga airvpn_vc[39480]: NOTE: --mute triggered...
