ANSWERED Plex - yes another port forwarding help post sorry

i have set up airvpn to port forward port 32436

on my router ive opened wan 32436 to my plex server TCP/UDP with my lan port set to 32400

in the remote access menu ive set the plex manual port 32436 and when i click retry it remains red all the time my vpn is on
(Goes green if i turn it off)

also when my vpn is switched on i cant access my plex on the same device i get insecure connection so thats annoying as i have to disable the vpn everytime i wanna check the plex server settings, unless i login from another PC

any help appreciated, i have had a hunt around the forums but couldnt find anything that has helped
