ANSWERED Internet doesn't work while eddie is connected

I've used Eddie in the past with no issues, but I got a new pc today and it's not working. I don't know much about VPNs and how they work, so I don't really know how to figure out what's going on here. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

For the readers: customer @Sara Mize resolved the problem which was caused by a concurrent third party VPN connection already running before Eddie was launched.
