1. what type of servers you have ? hdd or ram only ?
2. do you have free trial ?
3. you log ip when customer register to yours service ?
4. your kill switch is In the level of only app ? or all windows net ?
5. i connect to yours vpn with yours app or only with offical openvpn / wireguard app ?
6. do you have refund ?

There are many ways to get you connected, both with AirVPN and official clients. See the download section and the How-To forum.

i use vpn's lot of time first time i see regular server 1 layer protection with entry ip and exit ip , Usually its in multihop 
Question :
the entery ip and exit ip are shared ? or entery ip its specific belong to specific account ? its look to me a good think to use double ip for privacy its very similar to double vpn

Shared, of course. But you've got separate entry and exit IPs on every server.
