Hello,
 

Today my AirVPN just stopped working. For some reason, the connection process stops at "Checking route IPv4" and it takes forever

Hello!

Please send the system report as required by the support team. Please see here to do so: https://airvpn.org/forums/topic/50663-youve-been-asked-for-a-support-filesystem-report-–-heres-what-to-do/

Also, please test a connection with OpenVPN, in TCP and UDP, port 443 and port 53 (all the 4 combinations), to entry-IP address THREE and report whether the problem persists or not. You can change connection mode in Eddie's "Preferences" > "Protocols" window (uncheck "Automatic" to pick a specific connection mode).

I had the same problem today. I unchecked check airvpn dns and ensure dns lock in preferences/dns. And enabled automatic server selection when connecting. It worked.

I have the same issue. In last several days I began to experience this weird issues: when I try to connect to a server and the connection process stops on "Checking DNS" or "Checking route IPv4". I need to try various servers in order to randomly find the one which connects successfully. Same issue on Android, but on Android it does establish the connection, but traffic is not working, internet in fact does not working. Trying various servers, before randomly one of them start to work.

It seems, that the issue can be fixed by changing OpenVPN port from UDP 443 to 53, both on PC and Android.
