kevin68 0 Posted ... (edited) Hi ! My question is rather...simple I guess but I have no means to test it right now. Let's say, I logged in to Eddie already when connected to internet, on my home network for example. When I re-open Eddie, at a later stage, connected to a network with an internet connection but blocked by captive portal or else, an airport for example, will I be able to try to connect to the servers ? Even if Eddie can't directly reach the internet ? Will the app stay "logged in" or do I need to log in to my account again on every start or before connecting to the servers (Internet needed) ? I tried just disconnecting from any network but still, I would like to be sure. Thanks, Kevin Edited ... by kevin68 Quote Share this post Link to post

That will be possible, yes. Eddie will always attempt a login, but after five unsuccessful attempts it will simply Check authorization failed. Continue anyway…. Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello! Yes, if Eddie Desktop / Android edition can't download the manifest (a strictly necessary file which provides vital info such as server IP addresses) it will use (if available) the locally stored copy and then try to update it once the connection is established.
