New User- Poor speeds

Hello folks,

I'm new to AirVPN and I've got speed issues.

The VPN is via OpenVPN to my Unifi Router.  Upon routing to this, My speedtest shows it to be quite bad.  I've tried two local server via UDP via the config generator,  The router only supports OpenVPN.

What can I try to get a better connection?

Hello!

What is your nominal available bandwidth? Please measure the throughput you get when:

1. the router is connected to a small variety of VPN servers
2. a computer is directly connected to the same servers above, while OpenVPN on the router is stopped

A comparison will tell whether OpenVPN on the router is the bottleneck or not.
