Hello!

The problem was solved some hours ago, anyway your account was one of those not affected by the issue. Your account is connected and exchanging data successfully with some Air server since 15-16 hours ago approximately.

Apparently your problem has a 'different nature'. Whenever you experience problems in connecting, please check servers availability:

https://airvpn.org/status

and your account details (menu "Member Area"->"Your details") where you can find the reason of the last failed connection.

Your account is successfully connected to some Air server since about 2 hours ago.

@admin: No I cant connect right now and it's the exact same problem. I've chosen a server which is available and in my member area it says

"Last attempted connection failed 2m 55s ago.

Reason: Already logged on 'Vega'."

...and at the middle bottom "Not connected.".

I've tried it 5 times now...

It's strange because your account is successfully connected to another server (not reported here for privacy reasons) and connections to Vega are currently closed. Can you confirm that your account is successfully connected?

Yes, at the moment i'm connected. It always works if i post here in the forum. It's always the same - i'm trying for 10-20 minutes and then it suddenly works... Can't explain why but it's a little annoying.

It's also unexplainable that your account was displayed as connected to Vega, can you please check and confirm or deny that? You did not give your user.key to anyone, correct?
