I can no longer log into my VPN and I still have a subscription. I tried to reset my password but it isn't taking my email address either. It's like I am no longer in your system. I sent a support email too but this is important since I paid for a long-term plan and have been using your service since I think 2018 or earlier. Could you tell me what's going on, please?

I guess you're using Eddie? Is the account Oldkrow the account you're trying to login to with Eddie?

Yes, I use Eddie, and this is the username, and I am almost certain that this was the email too, but I wasn't able to log into the website either. That's how I realized the email address wasn't in your records either. I signed up using this info to post this using both and got no flag asking for a username or email already on record.
