AirVPN on DD-WRT not connecting

Its been a few days emailling back and forth with customer support, however, an email a day has taken me nowhere in the last 4 days. Here is me hoping I can get some answers here in the forum. ive followed the guide from AirVPN to the dot to setting up AirVPN on DD-WRT, however, I've had no luck in connecting and my real IP is still exposed here are my DD-WRT logs on OpenVPN

Hello!

The authentication channel cipher is SHA 160, can you please try to change that? If that does not solve the problem, you probably have a bugged firmware, you'll need to re-flash your router with a different DD-WRT firmware.
