VprEZHAC 0 Posted ... Hello, I completely enjoyed the trial and was met with good responses to the support questions I had. Today I decided to take the plunge and subscribe for a month. I paid using Bitcoin and this process was easy and straightforward. However, to my dismay the Member Area did not update and keeps showing "Your last subscription expired 0 days ago. Click here to subscribe a plan.". I did in fact receive an e-mail that my subscription has been renewed. Logging in with the client does not work either. I sent a message using the Contact form. This has now almost been 6 hours ago and I'm still without access. Thinking creating a ticket would give me faster support I submitted a problem to the Helpdesk section. This has now been 1 hour ago. This leaves me with mixed feelings as support for broken accounts should be swift and responsive. Especially since VPN access equals Internet access for most cases. Thanks.
