No internet connection after connection with Eddie for Android

Hello

I have the same problem as jayinwww. I have tried some non-default settings in Eddie but with no effect. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?

@XV-8774 Don't be confused, I split your post from where you posted before. Please open your own topics for your own issues in the future because issues don't need to be "same". They can show similar symptoms but can have different causes.

I don't see any problems in the log on first glance. I notice that your LTE provider is using v6 already, so it could be that v4 is provided with CG-NAT. Some people reported that it causes problems in the past. You could try the connection via IPv6 (Settings > AirVPN > Default IP version: IPv6).
Since you're running Android 10, it could also be that DNS over HTTPS is enabled in Android's connection settings. Though this should theoretically be routed through the VPN, check if the problems still persist when you disable that. The setting should be called "Secure DNS" or similar.

A few other recommendations because of the version:
Settings > VPN > Disable VPN lock. A much better solution is Android's own VPN lock also found in the connection settings somewhere.
Settings > System > Disable Pause VPN when screen is off. I don't know why this is still enabled by default, but it causes problems with connectivity everytime one turns off the screen and turns it on again. I'd go as far as calling this an anti-feature.

We have detected the same problem on a few Samsung devices running Android 10 and 11. Although the cause of the lack of "traffic-through" is currently unknown, (and we don't know why only certain Samsung devices are affected) we verified that Eddie 2.5 alpha 3 resolves the problem. Please see here to download the apk (you need to uninstall Eddie 2.4 first, and then side-load Eddie 2.5 alpha 3):
