XFinity VPN Throttling

There seems to be quite an issue with XFinity throttling my download speeds while connected to any server at all.
Without the VPN, I get 250 down / 15 up
With VPN I get 10 down / 10 up regardless of what server I choose.
At the moment I am using all of the default Eddie settings, haven't changed anything.
If there's any way to get around this throttling, it would be greatly appreciated.
(Also, the same issue applied when I was using PIA, when I switched to AirVPN speeds were fine up until they randomly just weren't."

try entry IP 3 and 4 in the protocols section.  try different UDP and TCP ports.
