Not receiving emails from AirVPN

I have submitted two tickets to AirVPN and used the "contact us" form (today and yesterday), and I am not getting email back. Can someone look into it?

Creating tickets does not give me a ticket number, so I cannot look up the status of the tickets.

I am having the same issue. I opened a ticket and didn't receive an email. I just signed up this morning and haven't received any type of confirmation either.

Apologies, it was a linked account with my gmail and the first level of spam filters had blocked it.
