Question about scope of non-logging policy

Recommended Posts

Hello AirVPN Support

I have read your logging policy, and I am almost sold.

But you state that you don't keep session logs.

Even if a VPn provider doesn't log sessions i.e the IP addresses visited through the VPN server, some VPN providers still keep logs of the IP address initiating

the connection to the VPN server and the user name, and the IP address assigned to the user.

With that information the user's activity may still be correlated and anonymity lost.

For example some VPN providers claim in their policies that they don't log which websites you visit, which may be technically correct, but they still log the IP address initiating

the connection to the VPN server.

I am interested in knowing if you log the IP address initiating the connection to the VPN server along with

the user name, and if yes for how long you keep it.

Kind regards
