ANSWERED Another Japan based server possible?

I've been with Air a while now and just added 2 more years of membership.  Due to my location, only the two Japan based servers (Iskandar and Taphao) offer reasonable latency pings.  Singapore based server latencies have risen dramatically recently (e.g., 80-90 ms a week ago to 150-200 ms over the last few days), and the Hong Kong servers I used up until a year ago are no longer viable fallback options.  Furthermore, the server loads in Japan have gone up noticeably as well.  Sometimes one or both are at 80% load or higher, which makes surfing the Internet a chore much less streaming video or p2p.
Is adding another Japan based server for Air customers in East Asia plausible or possibly planned for 2020? Thank you.
