Question about refund policy

Recommended Posts

In the ToS I read that it is possible to ask a refund in 3 days if more than 5GBs have not been used. But you claim no bandwidth logs, and anybody could just stop the session just when it is about to hit 5GBs several times, actually consuming much more than the threshold and then ask for a refund. At that point, how would you know that the person has used more than 5GBs and not grant a refund?

The session archive does store the total bytes transferred. If it's enabled by default, a database admin might be able to run a check. Theoretically it is enforcable, but I don't know the default value here. Was on by default for me in 2013, I let it like that.
