This has been a non-stop problem and i have notice if i uninstall and reinstall or just update the version it works any ideas what the problem could be?

Can you please send us a system report generated by Eddie, the Air client software, and taken just after the problem has occurred? Please click "Logs" tab, click the LIFE BELT icon, click "Copy to clipboard" and paste into your message.
