Question about VPN transmission

Hi, I'm new comer here.

I have a question about the behavior of VPN transmission.

When I start to download files from http server, the Air VPN client displays it also begins to upload something.

I'm sure I have no other task running which possibly uploads, and it seems this happens to any of your VPN servers.

So, I'd like to know about what this uploading transmission means and how to stop it if possible.

That's perfectly normal, it's how TCP works.
