We're sorry, we don't provide proxy services. Additionally, please consider that using uTorrent over a proxy is an insecure solution. uTorrent is well known to bypass proxy settings and expose the real IP address anyway:

The safest solution is to use a VPN and secure the connection against leaks in case of unexpected VPN disconnection. Please see the posts linked permanently in the announcements section of the forum. Instructions for Comodo, iptables, pf and ipfw are provided.
