After your message it appears that your connection is stable. Can you confirm that the problem is solved? If the problem occurs again, it's likely that it's a momentary problem due to some factor such as routing, Internet congestion, peering, so you might try a connection to a TCP port on different servers in order to mitigate it.

Think you should find some logs...how can you not provide them, they certainly exist, I'm sure!

Anyway, you will certainly know which server you use and what port and protocol.

If you use UDP and the server is far away from your current position...dropouts and/or paket loss seems more likely and I don't think that the Admins can do much about that.

Same here. It seems to be connected for about 30 45 seconds and then disconnects then reconnects.
