We need additional information to support you properly. Can you please tell us your device, OS and client (for example Air client, OpenVPN direct, OpenVPN GUI, Tunnelblick...) you're using to connect? Also, can you please send us the logs of the client?

Im using windows 7 and airvpn client also i do not know where the logs are stored so if you can tell me ill post them thanks for your help

Please right-click on the Air dock icon, select "Logs", click on "Copy to clipboard" and finally paste.
