[SOLVED] unable to connect to all servers

Recommended Posts

I tried using the AirVPN client and OpenVPN GUI to connect to various servers. I also tried both udp and tcp connections. Still unable to connect for the last hour or so nothing has worked. Here's an excerpt from my openvpn log:

Thu Sep 20 11:35:48 2012 [server] Peer Connection Initiated with 95.211.169.3:443

Thu Sep 20 11:35:50 2012 SENT CONTROL [server]: 'PUSH_REQUEST' (status=1)

Thu Sep 20 11:35:50 2012 AUTH: Received AUTH_FAILED control message

Thu Sep 20 11:35:50 2012 SIGTERM received, sending exit notification to peer

Thu Sep 20 11:35:55 2012 SENT CONTROL [server]: 'PUSH_REQUEST' (status=1)

Thu Sep 20 11:35:55 2012 TCP/UDP: Closing socket

Thu Sep 20 11:35:55 2012 SIGTERM[soft,exit-with-notification] received, process exiting

Hello!

That's correct, account "sys_op" is already connected to one of the Air servers. It was connected since about 30 minutes before your post. At the time of writing "sys_op" is still connected and exchanging data. Please note that multiple connections with the same account are not possible.

Kind regards

Weird, I was disconnected from another server earlier in the morning (Castor I think) and then had problems reconnecting. I tried a few other servers and nothing seemed to be working. So i turned my firewall off, to get back online, and in the meanwhile I figured I'd try testing out the new server. I guess it connected after all but I wasn't paying attention, and since I forgot to make an exception for Pegasi in comodo it stopped working as soon as I turned the firewall back on. Not realizing I actually was still connected to Pegasi I then went on attempting to reconnect to other servers. And that's why I thought I was still having connectivity problems. Everything's working now and I feel stupid.

Thank you for your quick response however!
