Slow Speeds-Vuze

I'm getting slow speeds on Vuze across all servers. Maxing at 70 kb/s but when I do a speed test i range from 2-4 mb/s. Any help would be appreciated .

Hello!

First of all, try a connection to a TCP port, just in case you're connecting to UDP ports and your ISP caps some or all UDP ports (several ISPs do that).
