Difficulties Connecting via VPN

Hi,

I have been working for this company for a while. We always work in VPN connection as our client is all over the world. As we were moving into new building our existing internet connection was removed from the place but another portable internet service was provided to us. My laptop and couple of colleagues find difficulties to access the VPN. I don't know what is the problem, is it with the WiFi or is it with VPN? I want you guys to help me? Coz our work and all are pending because of this. We tried with some local technician as well. At the moment we are leaving the current office to a new one. I want to know what is the reason for it?
