Net Lock grayed out

I have a fresh setup windows 7 64 with Eddie 2.15.2  the network lock is grayed out and cannot be selected no matter what mode?

Any Ideas?

Hello!

 

As a first check, please make sure that in Preferences > Network Lock the combo box Mode is NOT set to None.
