I applied for a trial a few weeks ago through the link in my account. After a couple of weeks I sent another email and receive no response to either.

Does airvpn no longer do trials or have I just been unlucky?

Yes, we do offer free trials, but it's currently not possible to meet the very large amount of daily requests. Please feel free to re-send your request if you don't get an answer within 2 days.
