Received AUTH_FAILED control message

Recommended Posts

Ever since I disconnected 30 minutes ago my login attempts are no longer successful with an error message "AUTH: Received AUTH_FAILED control message".

Nothing on my side has changed and I've waited several minutes for a time-out to make sure there is no lingering dirty disconnection. I've also tried connecting as UDP and TCP on ports 80/443 to Vega and Omicron with no avail.

What's going on?

Hello!

Your account is authorized to access all the VPN servers. However, at the time of your attempted connection we had a minor issue with Vega (the server you tried to connect to) which did not affect old connections but prevented new connections to be established. It was solved in 10 minutes, please feel free to let us know if it's all right now for you.

Kind regards
