Staff 9972 Posted ... I have tried to connect to every VPN server but I get the same thing everytime which makes me think my registration failed somewhere...any ideas?Hello!Thank you for your subscription. We have checked that your account is authorized to access all the VPN servers. Can you please make sure that your key has been properly copied & pasted in the OpenVPN configuration directory, and that OpenVPN can access it? Also, try a connection to a TCP port, it might solve your issue completely.Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
jhowel 0 Posted ... Hi, I am using TCP as shown in the log! Yes the CA, Cert and Key are in the same directory as the ovpn file as extracted from the zip file. The structure is C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\config\airVPN Castor Netherlands\airVPN Castor Netherlands.ovpn I have placed all your connections in individual folders and all show up in the OpenVPN client (v2.2.2.).
