Help with initial setup

Hi, I was installing the OpenVPN and Air VPN application. AirVPN successfully connected but when i installed and tried to test VPNCheck PRO i could not get it to terminate the applications i needed to terminate.

Is VPNCheck PRO compatible with AirVPN?

I had difficulty connecting with AirVPN so I deleted the files and tried to reinstall the OpenVPN and AirVPN software but whenever i run the AirVPN application it doesnt give me the original setup screen when i first installed it. It runs the setup and goes straight to a logon screen and if i try to log on i keep getting an error stating "The remote name could not be resolved:'airvpn.org'

About your problem with the client, the most common cause is that it is blocked by some firewall. Please make sure that our client is not blocked on your system.

I don't know what I've done to cause this. I cannot make any connection from my Internet browser either. My Internet service it still running as other machines connected to my server are fine. Any idea what could have gone wrong when I deleted the program files and did a reinstallation that would not allow my browser to connect to any web pages?

I am unable to take a screen shot due to this problem, so i am sorry in advance

 

when i login and go to connect to a us server( i live in us) i goes through the entire setup fine but when it says the state it is connecting to my pc freezes entirely and nothing works and i have had to reboot it 5 times for this reason already
