Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you.

You need to do two things;

1. Add Port Forwarding to for local port 32400 (as Plex always uses this when accessing from Internet) in AirVPN Port Forwarding

2. Configure Plex with your AirVPN generated port (Plex -> Settings -> Remote Access -> Click Advanced button -> tick "Manually specify public port" -> Enter the AirVPN generated port -> Click Apply)

This way you will still be able to access Plex locally via port 32400 and when using the Internet (or Plex App) just goto Plex "https://plex.tv/web" and Plex will route via the NEW Port, AirVPN will direct this to your local port (don't setup Port Forwarding on your router).
