Hi,

Has anyone else have this issue? About an hour after I received the payment verification from Avangate BV, and still no service, I sent a email to support@airvpn.org.

5 hours later no response, not even we are looking into it.

 

Is this normal?

Welcome!

 

You need to remember that the Air support team follows an Italian timezone. So depending on where you are, you may need to wait a while.

 

Otherwise there's plenty of people who stumbled into payment issues. In cases regarding PayPayl for example, it may be better to contact them, rather than Air.

 

You can also go to the Client Area, to see your invoices.

 

Please just be patient .

Hi LZ1,

Thanks for letting me know that there is somebody with a pulse at airvpn.

I do wish to point out  I do have an immense amount of patients , but I also have zero tolerance for lousy customer service .

I have called Avangate, and they assured me that notice of payment was given to Airvpn and provided a copy of the transaction and I sent it to support.

If support only operates on a normal Italian business day then it should be stated in the auto-response email they sent so I could water down my expectations of Airvpn.

 

So far this relationship is off to a ....I normally would say a bumpy start, but it hasn’t started!!

I understand it's frustrating and ideally, there would be no wait at all, naturally.

 

But I'm confident that if you get past this, you'll come to see Air support as quite a lot better than your current impression . Especially when it comes to technical questions.

 

Air is also a small company, so there's that.

 

But perhaps that's a good suggestion. If you feel they would benefit to suggest what their business times are, then you can submit a support ticket to the "Feedback" department all the same.

HI all,

Finally 16 hours later I have airvpn.

 

However, no explanation as to why the delay.   Not only customer Service needs to improve, but also customer respect.
