I often (probably more often than an immediately successful connection) get the above notice from my Ubuntu (12.04 and 11.04) builds when trying to connect to AirVPN on any server. I was wondering what could be causing it. Even downloading completely new .zips and importing them using the OpenVPN GUI on Ubuntu smetimes gives me problems, so I know the secrets aren't expiring or anything like that I usually eventually get through but I can't seem to find any pattern in the refusals. Any ideas? Quote Share this post Link to post

If the problem is not solved, re-install certificates and key (just re-download them from our configuration generator, decompress and paste them). If the above does not solve the issue, what happens if you try a connection directly with OpenVPN?Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post
sunconceals 1 Posted ... Thanks for the tips. I'll try the network-manager restart next time this happens and see if that fixes it. Quote Share this post Link to post
