Hello I submitted a support ticket but was wondering if anyone here could help me out a little faster, I just purchased a 3 day subscription and paypal emailed me a transaction receipt, however, airvpn says I still need to purchase a subscription and seems to not have even registered my purchase, does anyone know what the issue is?

It's really best if you let Air take a look at this. But you can try take a look in your Client Area and see if anything has been registered and is pending.

 

It's not always hassle-free using PP in conjunction with Air, due to how PP does things sometimes.

 

At any rate, good support takes time .
