Hello I submitted a support ticket but was wondering if anyone here could help me out a little faster, I just purchased a 3 day subscription and paypal emailed me a transaction receipt, however, airvpn says I still need to purchase a subscription and seems to not have even registered my purchase, does anyone know what the issue is? LZ1 673 Posted ... Hello! Welcome! It's really best if you let Air take a look at this. But you can try take a look in your Client Area and see if anything has been registered and is pending. It's not always hassle-free using PP in conjunction with Air, due to how PP does things sometimes. At any rate, good support takes time .
